Our Process
This is our process and how we make sure your day to day trash valet is a smooth process.
We provide each unit with trash cans
If units already have an existing one they can swap it out for a new 13-Gallon Trash Can. One will be blue for recycling and the other black for general trash
for each unit.
Residents tie the trash and place them appropriately
We work with each property for a tailored solution. Typically we have found that successful properties have implemented a procedure where residents place them in the hallways during designated pickup periods. However, we can also provide custom "door knocking" services that keeps your hallways clear and allows for trash pickup to occur.
This is where the magic happens
Our team of vetted professionals come through and pick up the trash from the designated pickup spots. If you opt in for a door knocking services our team knocks twice and if no response then we proceed to the next unit.
