What days can I put my trash out to be serviced?

Brigham Clean has partnered with your property manager and your property manager has agreed upon a defined pickup time. If you have any further questions about your designated pickup days please reach out to your property manager or email us at support@brighamclean.com. You can expect a response from Brigham Clean within 12-36 hours.

What can be recycled in the recycling bins?

Brigham Clean and your property manager adhere to all local, state, and federal guidance surrounding recyclable items. This typically consists of boxes, cans, cardboard packaging, paper, plastic containers, paper bags, and books. Some items that can't be recycled are diapers, glass bottles, batteries, plastic bags, styrofoam and more. I want to cancel my membership with Brigham Clean?

Brigham Clean has partnered with your property manager to make sure that you have the most efficient way of waste management, recycling services, and doorstep services. We don't bill residents directly and most of the communities we serve don't offer individual opt out options. You can inquire with your property or email us at support@brighamclean.com to discover more benefits of our amazing services.

Does Brigham Clean pick up on Holidays or bad weather days?

Here at Brigham Clean we understand that the most important aspect of any community are the people and we like to give our people some time off. So you can expect that no trash valet services will be rendered on all U.S. Federal Holidays.

We also take safety seriously. In the event of a tornado, snow storm, severe thunderstorm, earthquake, etc we will service the property the next scheduled day that has better weather.

How much does this service cost me?

Brigham Clean has partnered with your property manager and we don't bill residents directly. If you would like to learn more about how much our services cost we recommend for you to reach out to your property manager directly.

Why did my apartment fine me?

If you have received a fine from your property manager. We recommend to confirm with your property manager that it was a trash related fine and then send us an email at support@brighamclean.com.

What if I don't want the container offered to me by Brigham Clean?

Brigham Clean has partnered with your property manager and your property manager allocates each unit with a general trash and recyclable container. If you would like to swap out your container or use a personal container please contact your property manager first. Failure to contact your property manager may result in a warning or fine.

Why was my trash not picked up?

Brigham Clean has partnered with your property manager to determine a set schedule for when our valet specialists will service the property. In addition, to where and what time residents should place their trash. If for any reason your trash wasn't picked up. Please email us at support@brigham clean or call us during business hours and we will solve this for you asap.

I just moved in and I have a lot of boxes. Can Brigham Clean pick up these boxes?

Brigham Clean does offer bulk pick up to residents and property managers. However, you must email support@brighamclean.com to schedule a pickup date and time. Please note that you may be responsible for any fines imposed if any bulk trash is left without scheduling a bulk pickup time.

What happens if I threw an item out but the trash has already been picked up?

In the event you are attempting to locate a discarded item from the trash can. We recommend reaching out to your local landfill or local recycling station. If you need help locating your local landfill or local recycling station you can reach out to us at support@brighamclean.com.
